How much is membership?

Membership is only £30 per annum

What is an exchange?

An exchange is a week booked in return for the week you have deposited with us.

How much is an exchange?

Any exchange you book through WWTE will only cost you £69 per week. This is regardless of the location, size of unit, and time of year.

How far in advance can I put an exchange request forward?

You can place a request in as early as you want. The earlier you put a request forward the more chance there is of us satisfying that request.

What restrictions do you have on exchanges?

A week is exchanged for a week. That means you can use your credit for ANY other week you see on our availability stock list.

What are credits?

Credits enable you to book exchanges and bonus weeks through WWTE. You gain credits by depositing your timeshare weeks.

How long do I have to ‘spend’ my credit?

You have 3 years from the date you deposited the week with us to use your credit. Your family and friends can also use your credits with your permission.

Do I have to deposit my week to join WWTE?

No, all you need to do is pay your membership fee. You only need to deposit your week when you have decided that you do not want to use the week, or are making an exchange against it.

How much notice do you need to deposit my timeshare?

We require 8 weeks notice prior to your check in date. However we are sometimes able to take deposits at short notice if we do have members wishing to take the week.

How do I deposit my timeshare?

You can either call us or you can bank your week online using your unique username and password.

Do I need to tell my resort that I am depositing my week with WWTE?

No we will do everything for you. All we need is your maintenance fees paid up to date and the commitment that you definitely want to deposit your week.

What is a bonus week?

A bonus week is a week that has been deposited with WWTE but has not been booked as an exchange. 6 weeks prior to the check in date we make these available as bonus weeks prices vary from £99 - £199. You do not need to make a deposit to take advantage of these weeks.

How many bonus weeks can I have?

You can have as many bonus weeks you want! If it’s available and you book it first it’s yours.

How much extra would it cost for my friends and family to use a bonus week?

Nothing! WWTE do not believe in charging your friends and family extra for using a bonus week.

I have a credit available can I use it as a bonus week?

Yes you can. You will then only pay the exchange fee and not the bonus week price.

Do I have to pay an exchange fee as well as the bonus week price?

No, you only pay the bonus week price.

What are rental weeks?

WWTE have a wide availability of private rental accommodation that both members and non-members can use. As a member of WWTE you receive a preferential discount rate on the full rental fee.
